Assisted Installation

Service Description

With the Assisted Installation Package, we will prepare the operating system and do initialization, but you are responsible for backing up your files beforehand and transferring those files to your new Linux Ubuntu PC or laptop following the installation. We will be happy to visit you wherever you would like the installation done. The installation can also be done at our business address upon request. Please make sure your PC or laptop is functional beforehand. We would be unable to install Ubuntu on your device if it is experiencing hardware-related problems or cannot turn on, for example. If any hardware-related issues are reported beforehand or during the installation, the client's device will be referred to a third-party hardware repair specialist. Please also make sure you are located in or able to travel to the East Longmeadow, MA, Longmeadow, MA, Springfield, MA, Hampden, MA, Wilbraham, MA, or Monson, MA areas for the installation.
